Pastor Santiago drew our attention to a mountainous area ten miles across the Nicaraguan border. There were people living up there but without a road. Not only did God help us to fund a church building for Pastor Jairus, but by sending $2,500 for shovels, rakes, hoes, and 2 Stihl chainsaws the people cut their own road by hand through 4.5 miles of mountainous jungle. The dedication service occurred in June of 2023.
